Guests rave about our beds! Each bedroom has a queen size, medium density memory foam bed, Smart TV, blackout curtains, blinds & ceiling fans. The main bedroom includes air conditioning in the warm weather months. Please note, the second bedroom has a ceiling & floor fan, but not air conditioning.

The light filled, open concept living room includes a 58-inch Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you'll need including:

This is the triplex's main floor unit. It conveniently has shared access to two laundry rooms. The fully fenced backyard is accessible through the sun porch. Outdoor seating & a fire table are available for your enjoyment spring through fall months.

Ample Street parking is available and free on the evenings and weekends. We provide one (1), free daytime parking permit for guests. Additional permits are available for $1/weekday. See getting around section for more details on transportation & parking.

Our triplex home is a beautiful historic property, over 120 years old, offering a unique and charming stay. We have taken care to preserve and restore many of the original features of the building & update it modern amenities for your comfort. While most guests find their experience peaceful, you may occasionally hear sounds from fellow visitors due to the nature of the home. You will be in close walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the Stadium and 6th Avenue districts. A little bit of a longer walk or short drive to the museums, shops, restaurants and waterfront of downtown Tacoma. Public transportation is just one block away.

Ample street parking is available in our neighborhood. Evening and weekday parking is free. Parking more than two hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM -6 PM does require a permit. We provide 1 parking permit for guests. Additional permits are available for a small fee. Just ask for details.

For guests staying 90 days or longer we will reimburse you for you for 1 longer term parking permit. We will provide you with a lease that you can submit to the city of Tacoma to qualify for the resident parking permit. It's an easy process & completed online. Please reach out with any questions.
