The house was clean and had been updated. Good space for parking and an excellent quiet neighborhood. The space was not pre-heated for us when we arrived, and it took the first night to get things warmed up. A little hard to manage the temperature with the in wall heaters, space heaters, and no central thermostat. Great water pressure and hot water temperature.

The property is nice, quaint, and well equipped for any length of stay. The water pressure is some of the best, the temperature is even better. Good airflow through the house with some windows cracked, and really brings the PNW to you. Close to Howdy Bagel and the Rainer’s stadium or really anything you’d want to do. Can’t recommend this property enough. Made our golf trip so much easier and enjoyable.

The neighborhood was quiet. The house was welcoming and comfortable. The tv stayed on rotating art and was a nice change. Parking was easy and convenient. Fully fenced yard. I would totally stay here again.

Darling, clean and comfortable!

Andrew was very easy to communicate with and always very accommodating. His home is VERY clean, comfortable and decorated very nicely. For a smaller home there is great use of the space. It never felt small. He has everything you could possible want stocked in the home. My only suggestion would be to change the description of the beds from twin size to the size that they are which is full size beds. I would hate for people to pass on renting this beautiful home because of the bed size when it actually has two full size beds and a sleeper couch.
