This house comes with a Peloton, ping pong, fire pit, hot tub, grill, Roku TV, foosball, 2 refrigerators, a fully stocked kitchen, and a peek of the lake from the balcony. You'll quickly find all of the space in the open and fully-equipped kitchen to be tastefully and efficiently used, with multiple sinks and uncrowded appliances ensuring there's never a line to refresh your drink or grab a snack.

On this main entry-level, you'll find the first of six bedrooms. The wood-trimmed primary bedroom with a California King bed, ceiling fan, and elevated ceilings welcomes you to take a respite, and the attached ensuite awaits to comfort you with a walk-in steam shower and separate soaking tub.

On the lower level of this home, you will find five more bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms are queen ensuites with another queen bedroom, shared hallway bathroom, and a bunk room with twin over full-sized beds and a game area. The lower level also has a second living room and access to the beautiful backyard and hot tub.

The amazing amenities in the home feature a ping pong table, foosball table, and Nintendo. Rent a bike from the local shops in the summer and take the bike path to Tahoe City, Palisades Tahoe, or to the West Shore of Lake Tahoe.

Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
