River-View Chalet 5 Minutes to Squaw Valley 10 minutes to Lake Tahoe

Charming river-view chalet that offers adventures for all seasons, whether it's hitting the slopes of Squaw Valley or heading to the crystal blue waters of Lake Tahoe -- both are only 5 to 10 minutes away! Nestled among the trees, with the river rushing by, this chalet lends an atmosphere of a remote getaway, while being close to it all. The space was beautifully FULLY REMODELED IN 2021 as a gorgeous mountain chalet with a cozy, modern feel.

The space
This beautifully remodeled chalet is ideal for multiple families to come together for a getaway or for families wanting a little extra privacy. Each level has its own entry door, kitchen, living area, bedroom, full bath, and outdoor space!

Downstairs:
- Mudroom
- Small fully equipped Kitchen/ Living room (w/ queen sleeper sofa)
-Please note: Any guests using the sleeper sofa will need to walk through the downstairs master bedroom to use the bathroom or use the upstairs half bath
- Master Bedroom w/ queen bed and attached full bath
- Large outdoor patio off of the Living room-- Perfect for outdoor dining!

Upstairs:

- Fully equipped kitchen
- Private Master bedroom with queen bed and attached full bath
- Large Living room w/ gorgeous high ceilings and gas fireplace. There is a sleeper sofa (queen), arm chair, and couch. Perfect for playing games and reading.
- Small half bath off of the living room
-Please note: Any guests using the sleeper sofa will need to use the upstairs half bath and walk through the upstairs or downstairs bedroom to use a shower
- Large deck off of the living room for outdoor dining and views of the river.

We have WIFI, however please just keep in mind that it may be finicky. Please note: There are TVs in both bedrooms, however, not in the living rooms.
