As this property is located on a hill, it is surrounded by steep drop-off areas that include concrete, decking and grass. It is important that all guests take care on and around the section, external stair cases and the car park area as there are no handrails or barriers to prevent falls, slips or trips. Adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe in all of these areas.
