With all comfort, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds of 140 and 2 beds of 90. Decor with photos of Corsican landscapes taken by me. 1 bathroom with toilet and 1 separate toilet. very well equipped open kitchen opening onto the living room, and access to the terrace with traditional wood barbecue, garden view, facing the sea and the island of Elba.
Numerous relaxation outside areas, chairs, armchairs on the terrace, benches in the garden, hammocks, meals on the house terrace and swimming pool terrace and inside.

Fully fenced field of 9000 m2 on which you can walk and pick some fruits depending on the season: medlars, hazelnuts, clementines, arbutus, blackberries, kiwis.

Sandy beaches 2 km away.

Curiosities around Galea park, waterfall, river, villages, horseback riding, listed monuments, viewpoints, archaeological museum, pond and seafood, Corsican restaurants, beach hut and atmospheric bar…

A gourmet welcome basket will await you upon your arrival:
hazelnuts, homemade jam, canistrelli... (non-contractual, content subject to change).

The swimming pool is securely fenced and closed by shelters.
In order to allow you to fully enjoy the swimming pool and maintain good water quality, maintenance tasks will be carried out by myself for you during the duration of your stay (approximately 2 hours every 2-3 days), you will have to rinse the filter on the other days, ensure that the bottom and the beach (ground) remain free of residue (bottom with the landing net and the ground with a water jet or broom).

At the end of August, beginning until the end of September, you can collect reasonably
hazelnuts and raisin from the garden.
The winter period is also very pleasant and you can pick a few kiwis on the terrace and kumquats in the garden, look for mushrooms and chestnuts in the bush, enjoy a good figatellu grilled in the fireplace...

The large terrace with its sea view, large table + 6 chairs and barbecue, is the ideal place for your breakfasts and meals which you can also take on the swimming pool terrace;
Aperitif area with chairs and armchairs from where you can also see the stars in the evening comfortably installed.
The sunrises are wahoo!! spectacular, with the Island of Elba just in front.

The barbecue will be an opportunity to make traditional grills and why not to experiment with wood-fired cooking with good local products (mussels from the Etang de Diane, local fish and meats, fruits and vegetables).

Included in the rate 20€ for the rent per person and per stay of: 1 bath towel for use in the bathroom only and 1 pool towel per person.

Animals are accepted with respect for the premises. Not on beds and sofas. To control swimming pool area and swimming of animals prohibited. Animal droppings outside living spaces and roads. It is requested to leave the premises free of hair on departure.

At your disposal, among other things, in the house: dishwasher tablets, detergent for the washing machine, toilet paper and paper towels, basic kitchen seasonings (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc.) , tea and coffee...

The house is equipped with a box, therefore offering a free WiFi internet connection, and internet TV. However, we cannot be held responsible for the absence of a line due to outages due to bad weather or other reasons notified by the operator and beyond our control. And yes, we are in Corsica and in nature! We must also tell you this, because the mobile network is not of very good quality, you will really be on vacation without activity on social networks if an internet outage were to occur and the rest of the time will have to do with the available flow ;-)!

In order to facilitate the preparation of the premises for new arrivals taking into account the departure of previous vacationers the same day, and also to maintain the exteriors during the season, I reserve a small part of the plot on the 9000 m2 which will not disturb in any way your independence.
