Guest(s) must park in parking spots under the unit. 2 cars maximum. and 7 ft height limits. If you do have cars higher than 7 ft, please park at the spare parking lots or the other side of the road. DO NOT block the drive. DO NOT park at neighbors lots, NOR block their way!

Attention: we don't have access to the mailbox of the place, and the guests can use the address for packages delivery at their own risk. Feel free to contact the host for alternative mailing arrangements

For food safety reasons, oil, salt, and pepper are not included in the cooking basic amenities. Guests can use them if there is any and any other food/seasonings/water there at their own risk.

The place is comfortable for one person in one room. The maximum allowed number is estimated based on the available sleeping space, like sharing a double bed by two people, a sofa. We may not have enough seats ( including dining seats, sofa, etc) for everyone if you have more than 8. Having guests more than 4 (based on the number of rooms) means you understand you must compromise the comfort of your stay.

Please park in the parking lots for the apartment. If the parking lot is occupied, find street parking.

Quiet time policy:
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. NO loud/crazy music or noises at any time. Please show respect to the neighbors.

Event policy
NO events allowed. For violations, the hosting will be terminated immediately and NO refund will be granted for the rest of your stay.

Pet policy:
PET ALLOWED but must be disclosed upon booking and pet fee applied. A fine of up to $500 ($200 at least) for bringing unauthorized pets. The hosting will be terminated immediately and NO refund will be granted for the rest of the reservation. Pets cannot use any of the bedding. Plan your own pet's rest arrangements.

Video surveillance agreement:
A security camera may be installed outside near the front door.

Visitor policy:
Visitors allowed, and required to obey the house rules. Visitors cannot stay overnight without adding them as guests on your reservation.

Check-out policy:
Check-out time is 10:00 am. Remove all the trash in the room before you leave.

Damage/Missing Policy
