This clean, inviting 1-bedroom apartment features a comfortable queen bed, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a living room with a cozy couch that converts to a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The living room TV is ready — sign into your favorite streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen includes a basic set of pots, pans, utensils, glasses and a drip coffee maker (starter coffee provided). All towels and linens are supplied for your convenience.

Perfectly located, you’ll be minutes from great restaurants, Doak Campbell, FAMU, the Capitol, and an easy walk to downtown and FSU. Guests get one dedicated parking space in the garage. Upon arrival, pick up your unit key at the front desk for a smooth check-in.

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.
