About the Space
As you step through the 6-foot wide pivot doors, you'll be greeted by the impressive 20-foot ceilings and a spacious open-concept kitchen/dining/living room.
The modern gourmet kitchen features marble countertops, custom-built cabinets, and modern appliances, including a wine fridge, an espresso maker, a pressure cooker and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials to make you feel right at home.
The dining area features a custom-built live-edge Guanacaste dining table with seating for 12, making it the perfect gathering spot for meals and conversations. In the living room, you can unwind on a plush couch in front of a 60-inch TV equipped with all your favorite streaming services.
Glass sliding doors effortlessly connect the interior with the outdoor oasis and offer an uninterrupted view of the pool and outdoor kitchen. Casa Scandi's layout places its five bedrooms in a U-shape around the pool, ensuring privacy and easy access to the pool area for all guests.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom 1: A lavish Master with a king-sized bed, seating area and an expansive en-suite bathroom featuring a luxurious double sink, as well as both indoor and outdoor showers, along with an outdoor bathtub. This bedroom also boasts a private outdoor seating area.
Master Bedroom 2: A visually striking Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, seating area, and a beautifully designed en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers and an outdoor bath.
Bedroom 3: Ideal for kids, this room offers two sets of bunk beds (queen beds on the bottom, twins on top) and a spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower. This bedroom is interconnected to Master bedroom 2, offering a perfect space for a family with kids.
Bedroom 4: Thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind, this bedroom features a king-sized bed an an en suite bathroom.
