Our beautiful Casa Creativa, tropical paradise condominium is located in "La Buena Vida Condominiums", a luxury condominium project located on one of the two main streets in Tamarindo. Just a short 7 minute walk to the beach past shops, restaurants, bars, markets, the skate park, and more!

We are unit 7, located in the rear of the complex set away from the street to ensure a peaceful stay. The unit abuts a public "greenway", wooded area. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Only a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 4 minute walk to downtown Tamarindo where you can find restaurants, shops, bars, a skatepark, surfing, and more!

Our condo is two floors. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living space, and a half bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has one queen sized bed, two twin sized beds, and an ensuite full bathroom. The main floor has a large AC unit that is enough to cool the entire first floor. Each bedroom has their own AC unit as well.

As far as outdoor spaces, there is an upper outdoor balcony overlooking the pool and a first floor patio area off of the kitchen.

Casa Creativa is stocked with basic kitchen amenities, bath towels, beach towels, books and a few board games. We also provide a Guest Welcome Book that should answer any questions you may have about your stay at Casa Creativa and in Tamarindo, Costa Rica.

The condo is fully air-conditioned throughout. No need to pack linens, towels, or basic toiletries. All are provided. Both ensuite full bathrooms come equipped with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The living room and kitchen offer plenty of room to hang out inside to chat, play cards, watch television, or work remotely.

With a well-stocked kitchen (cookware, bakeware, tableware for 8, microwave, blender, 4-burner electric stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, range, and full-sized refrigerator) you may choose to make your meals in your home away from home.

Enjoy a croissant made by the French pastry chef at Utopia, or bring takeout up to the condo from the outdoor food court, El Mercadito, just down the street. Tamarindo offers many great dining choices—everything from street food to fine cuisine. A wide variety of choices can be found within walking distance or a short drive. Check the Guest Welcome Book in the condo as well as in my Guidebook on this site for recommendations.

Live music, night clubs, and excitement are all just steps away, or you can choose to retreat to your private oasis at Casa Creativa.

You are also welcome to use the pool which is in the fenced courtyard of this quaint 9 unit condominium complex.

Free parking is available right outside the locked gate of the community.
