Beautiful modern style house in a brand-new subdivision in Tamarindo within walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, Tamarindo beach.  However, it is a bit of a walk so a car or a golfcart are recommended.



Close drive to Langosta, Playa Grande, Conchal and Brasilito beaches.

Short walk to Automercado plaza where you'll find a great gym and much more!

The space

Main house offers a king bed (Master), Master bathroom, a queen bed (1st guest room), a twin over full bunk bed (2nd guest room) and 1 guest bathroom.



Casita offers 1 full size bed with a twin pull out bed underneath it, kitchenette, bathroom and walking closet.



The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge offers a water/ice dispenser, blender, toaster oven, coffee machine and everything you need to feel at home.



Recently renovated backyard where you can relax by the pool. Enjoy your meals on our outdoor covered dining room with a large custom Guanacaste dining room table where you’ll have access to a large BBQ and dinning set.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole house including laundry area and private swimming pool.



*Super high speed internet around the house for digital nomads (250 mgbps), Smart TV's in the family room, master bedroom and casita.



Parking:



1 covered car and golf cart parking with charging station plus extra parking on driveway and behind the main gate.

** Security cameras in front of the house are monitored by a security company for your safety and ours **



The community offers green zones as well as a children's park.  It is only 1 mile from Tamarindo beach and  a 5 minute walk to Tamarindo's largest grocery store.
