The Point includes 24/7 security, pool, bbq; is walking distance to restaurants and located near one of the best surfing beaches in Costa Rica. The exquisitely designed and furnished interior includes high quality amenities, high speed internet and AC in each room.

The Point is a new (2021) gated community in Avellanas and this house is in a small sub-community of 8 houses located around a central pool. The home features a modern architecture with an open layout. The floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings provide an exceptionally bright and airy feel. Exotic tropical gardens and palms run throughout the community and the pool is just steps away from the door. Howler Monkeys can be heard in the background most evenings and Scarlet Macaws visit frequently.

You will have access to the entire house and common areas (pool, bbq)

Steve can be reached through the airbnb app or by cell phone during the hours of 8:00AM to 8:00PM (CR time). For after hours onsite emergencies, please contact the front gate security staff - available 24/7. For all medical emergencies, call 911.

Please be aware that occasional water and power outages may occur in the area. While these disruptions are typically brief, we recommend preparing for possible interruptions during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with any concerns.
