This cozy 2 story townhouse is nestled in a peaceful gated community surrounded by palm trees. Perfect for a family vacation or large group trip with space to cook, board games and a community pool.

When you enter the home, you’ll find an open plan common space, featuring a kitchen with a large island & seating, a dining nook with brilliant lighting and a cozy living room with a 65” HD TV. The glass sliding doors off the living room open up to a south facing screened lanai that is filled with warm Florida sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy a hot beverage and a book to kickstart your day or turn on the fairy lights and cozy up on the papasan and share a bottle of wine with your guests after a day of activities! The kitchen is stocked with cooking and eating utensils, a coffee and tea station and cleaning supplies below the sink.

Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms. The Sunshine Room is brightly decorated with an en-suite bathroom featuring his & hers sinks and a shower. Down the hallway, the Coastal Room and Evergreen Room share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The laundry room on the second floor is stocked with laundry detergent, dryer sheets & dryer balls for your use.

For a day out, Apollo Beach is 15 mins away where you can take free yoga classes on Tuesdays and Saturdays (check “Utsava Beach Yoga” on Facebook for current start times and weather updates), check out the Manatee Viewing Center or have a beach picnic.

Experience the most magical place on earth and take a day trip to Disney World which is just an hour away. Disney World has fun filled activities for kids and adults alike, with a variety of different areas such as Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Epcot.

Anna Maria Island is also an hour away and boasts white sand beaches, clear blue water & the best sunsets in Tampa Bay! Check out our favorite beach on the island called Manatee Beach which has public restrooms, a playground and a cafe & bar.
