While it is generally a quiet and secure area, it may lack some family-friendly features, particularly for those looking to take walks in the evening, etc. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to discuss them with me anytime.

You have private access to the entire studio.

Please note: The main house is another short-term rental. Therefore the backyard, driveway, and washer/dryer (located in small outdoor shed behind the house) are going to be shared amenities. Please be respectful and courteous of other tenants. Should you ever have any questions or concerns we are always available to help. :-)

Parking: This home shares parking with the main house. For the studio parking, please park on the right side along the shell path. In any case, do not park behind cars sharing the lot to avoid blocking anybody in.

Entry: To enter the studio unit, go through the fenced gate on the right side of the property and approach the blue door. When you approach the front door you will see a keypad lock. Touch the key pad with three fingers to activate the screen. The code for the front door can be found in the guidebook sent to you upon booking.
