I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel, which was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
Upon checking into my room, I discovered that it was filthy and unsanitary. There were cockroaches present, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor not only inside the room but throughout the entire hallway. These conditions made the room uninhabitable.
When I reported these issues, the customer service response was poor and lacked urgency or professionalism. Due to the unsafe and unsanitary conditions, I had no choice but to leave the hotel immediately and rebook another hotel at my own expense.
This experience fell far below acceptable hospitality standards. I am requesting that this issue be reviewed seriously and that I be compensated accordingly for the inconvenience, additional expenses, and poor service I received.
