Parking

The driveway accommodates up to 2 large vehicles, with a maximum of 3 vehicles total permitted. For larger groups, we recommend renting XL SUVs or passenger vans via Turo or traditional rental agencies for added comfort and convenience.



Trash & Recycling

Trash is collected Tuesdays & Fridays, and recycling is collected Fridays. Kindly place bins curbside the evening prior and return them promptly after pickup to maintain the home’s appearance.



Noise & Quiet Hours

To preserve the relaxed coastal setting, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM – 8 AM. Exterior noise monitoring is in place to ensure a respectful environment for neighbors and guests alike.



Security

For safety and peace of mind, the property features exterior video-only cameras (no audio recording) positioned at the front and rear of the home. There are no cameras inside the property.
