NOW AVAILABLE! Beautiful newly renovated large single-family home with custom kitchen and plenty of space close to all Tampa has to offer! Home has been professionally designed and furnished and features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, big enough to host your entire family. Located just minutes from away from Tampa's Riverwalk, Historic Ybor City, Busch Gardens, the interstate, airport, beaches, USF, Downtown, Hard Rock Casino, Stadiums and much more are within a short drive!

We want you to feel right at home, but we also want to keep things comfortable for all guests and neighbors. Please keep these guidelines in mind during your stay:

🚭 No smoking indoors – You're welcome to smoke outside, just please dispose of butts responsibly.

🎉 No parties or events – Our neighborhood is quiet, so please keep noise to a respectful level.

🕓 Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM – Need to arrive early or leave late? Let us know! Hourly rates may apply.

👤 Minimum rental age – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

💰Nightly Rate – Based on standard occupancy of 10 guests. Additional guest fee of $25 per person per night will apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit of 15 guests. Please ensure to enter the correct count of guests upon booking to avoid confusion.

📋 Guest list required – For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.

📝 Sign the rental agreement – Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.

🐾 PET POLICY
Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.

Guests planning to bring pets must provide the following information before arrival:
• Pet breed
• Weight
• Age

⚠️ UNAUTHORIZED OR UNDISCLOSED PETS—even if tied to a car parked in the property's parking spaces—will result in a $500 fee per pet and may also lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

PET FEES
Pet fees are paid separately after the reservation is confirmed, as they are not included in the reservation amount.

First Pet
• $175 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $75 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period

Second Pet
• $125 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $50 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period

Cats: A $500 security deposit is required, refundable after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to have no damages caused by the cat.

RESTRICTED BREED POLICY
Due to insurance requirements, certain dog breeds are restricted. However, guests traveling with a restricted breed may still be able to bring their pet by obtaining temporary pet liability insurance covering the dates of their stay.

The policy must:
• Cover the entire duration of the reservation
• Provide liability coverage for the pet
• List STR Management Solutions, LLC as Additional Insured
• A copy of the policy must be submitted prior to check-in.

Short-term policies are commonly available through providers such as Thimble or NerdWallet.

PET RULES
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and neighbors:
• Pets must not be left unattended in the home unless crated.
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
• Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
• Excessive barking or disturbances may require the pet to be removed from the property.
• Any damage caused by pets is the guest's responsibility.

SAFETY POLICY
For safety and insurance reasons, the following are not permitted:
• Exotic animals
• Aggressive animals
• Pets with any bite history
• Trained attack or protection animals

SERVICE ANIMALS

Great spot great hosts

Stayed for a business trip, good location for the convention center easy to get a ride anywhere you’re wanting to go. Hosts were great, left an iPad accidentally and they quickly helped me get it mailed back, very professional crew running this property.

I came with some co workers for a conference and the house was located in a good area close to everything in Tampa. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed at this location with large group of adults. House was clean and looked like pictures. Neighborhood was quiet. Close to the Hard Rock, which was the reason for our trip. We enjoyed.

Great layout for group business trip!

Layout of the rooms provided space and privacy for group of 6 during business trip. Good location with quick access to downtown, restaurants, and airport. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes, and utensils. Everything was as advertised. Fit our needs well!

Girls weekend

If you’re catering to a large group this is the place. With 6 bedrooms everyone had their own space to retreat to. The three bathrooms made it easy for a large group of women to get ready in. There was a very loud, noisy party at a neighbors house our first night, but the next night it was much more quiet with no parties on the block. We felt safe in the home, and would stay again despite the small hiccup.

Tampa Golf Trip

The accommodations were nice. However, the location was not that desirable. The house is located right next to a major roadway so the traffic noise was continuous 24 hours a day. The only thing that is negative would be the kitchen utensils are very limited. No toaster, baking sheets, and could use a larger frying pan. There was no dish towels included.

Spacious and clean, but with some suggestions

We were generally happy with our stay. The property was clean and spacious, while convenient to local destinations. Our first issues started with the door code. We left and came back at night and the code no longer worked. We had to call several times and finally got a working code after almost 40 minutes. The furniture in the property is poor quality. From the chairs, to the beds, and even a completely broken sofa in the master bedroom. The listing says availability for up to 15 people, however I don't know where they would sleep or how they would towel off as there were not enough towels for everyone. We ordered food in one night and there were not enough plates and cups for everyone to use. The kitchen had very few instruments and the pots and pans were rather scratched and disgusting. Basic things like hand towels and pot holders were not available. The outside space was nice, except you could not sit out there very long as it appeared the trash not been taken out in several weeks. When we arrived there were three trash cans all full of garbage and it reeked. The bathroom in the master has a window and it's covered by conventional blinds. It won't be long before there is mold everywhere in the blinds and in the walls as the tub has cracks in all the caulk around the tub. The laundry machine is one of the small dual units. We were able to wash clothes without issue, but we found out the dryer would pop open on its own during a regular cycle.The internet/tv use was terrible. It's on a hotel wifi system and you need to log back in every hour to continue use.

Fell Short of Expectations

This past weekend, my friends and I stayed at this house. Our stay was unsafe and distracted from the condition of the rental property. I have reached out to the operator twice and they are uncooperative in making the concerns right on our end. The property was in a state of disrepair that significantly detracted from our experience and did not meet the standards advertised on the Vrbo listing. Safety Hazards: *Collapsing ceiling in the windowless bedroom. *Faulty door handle in the downstairs master bedroom, causing people to get trapped. *Exposed pipe due to a shower faucet protruding from the wall. *Warped floors in the kitchen and downstairs hallways. *Falling artwork in the hallway due to improper hanging. *Collapsing ceiling above the fridge. *Non-functioning and flooded dishwasher with an unpleasant odor. *Door not closing in the downstairs bedroom on the right. Missing Amenities: *Basic kitchen supplies like a can opener and wine bottle opener were absent. *Insufficient number of trash bags for the size of the house. *Burnt-out lights in the kitchen island. Additional Problems: *Mismatched light bulbs and poorly done paint touch *Upstairs hallway ceiling had slapped plaster on the ceiling and exposed insulation. *Broken piece in the dining room blinds. *Difficulty opening the back bedroom closet door due to a dislodged track. We contacted the operator about the flooded dishwasher but there was a lack of empathy and offered no solution until after check out.
