The Space:

Luxe Legacy Vacations welcomes you to Riverbend Escape, a modern riverfront sanctuary nestled along the Hillsborough River. Every element of this luxurious retreat has been thoughtfully designed for connection, relaxation, and memorable moments together.



Tucked along a quiet neighborhood street just minutes from Downtown Tampa, the home offers the best of both worlds: convenient access to the city while surrounded by nature and tranquility.



IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTE: Our home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is best suited for guests seeking a relaxing stay. In accordance with City of Tampa regulations, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, meaning no outdoor noise, loud voices, or music during these hours.



If your trip plans involve late-night gatherings, loud parties, or amplified music, our home will not be a good fit. To help maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors, we use neighborhood-friendly noise monitoring devices that measure volume levels only (not conversations).



We love hosting guests who will enjoy the home and treat the neighborhood with care. If that sounds like you, we’d be delighted to host you.



MAIN FLOOR:



Step inside to a spacious open-concept layout where the gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the home with natural light while showcasing breathtaking river views just beyond.



At the center of the space is the stunning kitchen, complete with a grand island, high-end appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals for your group. Whether you're brewing your morning coffee or preparing a full dinner, the kitchen is designed to make gathering easy and enjoyable.



Just beside the kitchen, the dining area provides a welcoming place for shared meals and conversation. The space then flows naturally into the comfortable living room, where plush seating and a large flat-screen TV create the perfect environment for relaxing with family and friends.



Just beyond the living room, the balcony offers a front-row seat to the river. With peaceful waterfront views and fresh Florida air, it’s the perfect place to start your mornings or unwind in the evenings.

OUTDOORS:



Descend to the home’s entertainment hub, where a spacious screened-in living area brings the outdoors in while maintaining the comfort of shade and breeze.



This inviting space features a dining table, grill, and comfortable lounge seating centered around a large flat-screen TV. A ping pong table invites friendly competition, while a full bathroom with shower provides convenient access for guests enjoying the space. The entertainment continues in the garage, where a private gym is equipped with free weights and exercise equipment. This area also includes an indoor putting green with surrounding bean bag seating.



Just beyond the entertainment hub is the resort-style pool area that feels like your own private retreat. The pool and attached hot tub are surrounded by swaying palms, plush loungers, and shaded seating overlooking the river.



Beyond the pool, a wide grassy backyard provides plenty of space to relax or enjoy outdoor games. A stone pathway winds through the grounds toward the sandy beach firepit along the Hillsborough River, where evenings unfold around the glow of the fire beneath the open sky.

Each bedroom offers a comfortable retreat with soft bedding, thoughtful amenities, and ample storage so guests can fully settle in. With accommodations for up to 16 guests, the layout provides plenty of space to enjoy private downtime while still staying connected as a group.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in accordance with City of Tampa ordinance. During this time, we kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors.



POOL/SPA HEAT: During the cooler months, the pool is heated to approximately 83°F at no additional cost. The spa heats separately and can reach temperatures of up to 102°F.



PETS: We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a furry companion.



PACK ’N PLAY: A Pack ’n Play is available at the home upon request for guest use during your stay.
