The host was thoughtful and very responsive to every request; however, the ground floor windows was like looking through a frosted window until we cleaned them. We also had to buy more bowls and cups, which we left behind, the floors were also dirty, the pool needed leaves cleaned out daily, as well as adding water. The host eventually came daily to clean out the leaves after I told him that his pump was going to burn out. Its also little things like a washer and dryer from this century, decent paper towels, to basic spices available that shows an owner really cares about your vacation experience or is in it just for the money.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. House and pool dirty

The owner communicated check in and how to enter property as outlined. The house was not clean internally and the yard had garbage and sharp bottle caps laying around. There was what appeared to be dog hair all over the floor, human hair in the showers and bathroom floors, soap scum buildup in showers, toilets could have used a better cleaning of space behind the toilet seat as there was hair buildup. Kitchen space was clean, but main level floor was dirty. Our bare feet were black. We had to do our own cleaning which sucks on vacation. Beds were clean but main bedroom bed frame was about to fall apart and collapse (legs bent) . The pool had a lot of leaf buildup at the bottom but there were a few trees so we tried to be forgiving about it- my kids were kind of turned off on that until we cleaned it. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe so that was a big plus for us. Overall I think if the property had a good deep cleaning it could really change its value.

Convenient to everything.

Had a great visit and house was a good size and had a wonderful back yard for our dogs. Wish there was a more comfortable sofa and more lamps throughout house. Location was great for everything in Tampa.

Good location, close to restaurants and store

We stayed for 2 weeks. The house was plenty spacious for 4 adults, but it was dirty upon arrival. I located the broom and mop in the garage and gave the floors a good cleaning. (Our socks and feet were black the first day) There were dried spills in just about every room and it looked like the floor was not cleaned in between guests. There were also cob webs and built up dust in the kitchen. The appliances have seen better days but all worked. I highly recommend that you bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap. The WiFi wouldn’t connect. After contacting the host, he advised me to call Spectrum to resolve the issue. The house has Frontier Internet
 not Spectrum. Also, I would not be able to make a service call on an account that was not mine. We had to hot spot off our phones while there, 2 of us work from home and needed WiFi for our laptops. The pool was nice, but due to the weather we didn’t really use it. I felt safe in the neighborhood walking my dog when it was still dark out. The neighborhood was quiet which is a good thing because the windows are single pane.

The furniture in the house was the most uncomfortable setting ever! Old office furniture. No pool lounge chairs. Literally no where comfortable to sit. The pool had algae. They sent someone to take care of ot but, it still had algae clinging to the walls and floor of the pool.

Lots of little problems

The house was clean, but it is older and not well maintained.Things like light switches that don't work, or the dishwasher barely worked. There are not a lot of lamps/lighting in the house and it is pretty dark. The picture of the pool shows a spa, but host refuses to turn on the pool heater for some reason, so the spa is useless. We stayed for the month of April and the pool temp was too cold. The pool was out of commission for the last week because of a leak. We had several issues with insects inside and outside the house while we were there. There were swarms of termites in the house several times and there were fire ants in the back yard. The air handler for the AC is between the dining room and living room, and it is extremely loud when operating, to the point that you can no longer hear the TV when it comes on. The king size bed in the master bedroom is falling apart and not usable. Worst of all was the noisy neighbors. There's a person directly across the street with a Mustang GT with open pipes, and he makes a point of leaving a burn out every time he leaves. Really annoying. The neighborhood is also very busy. Lots of construction vehicles coming and going, kids on mini bikes, etc.

Nice place in Tampa area.

Nice house in quiet area in Tampa area. Manager extremely prompt and addressed small issue that arose. Pool and hot tub were lovely and kids swam for hours. Great location for Spring Training game and anything else you may have in Tampa area. Groceries and stores in very close proximity. Had fully stocked kitchen. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Long Weekend Stay

It was a hot weekend and the AC was on and ready for our arrival. Everything was neat and clean. Pool area had fence around it which left no room for chairs around it. Grill was charcoal and hard to move out of the garage. There was no shady place for the grill. The house itself was nice, clean and in a great area close to restaurants and stores. We had a great time.

House was super clean and in a great location for exploring Tampa. Neighborhood super quiet. Outdoor area needs a little sprucing up and fence had some holes that we were scared our dog would get through. Other than that we had a fabulous stay!

Definitely Recommend

We would definitely stay here again if we're in Tampa. The location was great. It was a 6 mins drive to Walmart, Target and Publix. We drove to Hard Rock Casino a few nights and Busch Gardens which was about 22 mins from the property. The house was really nice and clean. It was a nice touch that William left two bottles of wine for us to enjoy. My 4 kids loved the pool and all 3 days they were in there for hours. The neighborhood was nice and quiet too. Overall a great stay with family.

Great location, awesome host!!

The house was in the best location! We were less than 45mins from the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, with plenty of toiletries and extras that one might need. The host was very responsive! If anything came up, I would have a response and action from the host within the hour! Would definitely stay here again!!! 10/10

AMAZING Property

My best friend, kids and I had a great time. The house was clean and everything we needed to enjoy our vacation was available. I brought my service dog and she had the opportunity to relax and just be a pet. If I could rate this home and location I would give a 10++++. We will definitely be coming back soon🙂

Good experience

The cleanliness was very good, showers were clean and had lots of hot water. The house does need some cosmetic repairs but there was nothing that detracted from our stay. The pool was well maintained. The landscaping definitely need attention in both the front and backyard. We appreciated the American flag that was hanging out front. The host was very responsive and attended to two needs we had on the first day. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and it was nice to have a nice nature walk close by to walk our dogs.
