Yes, we allow pets! This building is a duplex. We own both units, which are PRIVATE. Private entrance, private home, private backyard, and private solar heated pool.

The solar heated pool works best on sunny days with optimal sunshine. In the winter months, on a sunny day, it can be expected to be 8-10 degrees warmer than the Gulf of Mexico. Some guests may still find the water to be chilly. In the summer months, the water can be expected to be 80+ degrees.

* A Pack ‘n Play (including a mattress and sheets) will be provided and ready on request for any families traveling with a toddler or infant.
* We have pool floaters and beach chairs located in the garage

Guest access:
Whole house, pool area, pool house (game room) and driveway or garage parking.

The pool is completely private to this VRBO listing. The other unit DOES NOT have access to the pool.

There is a maximum of two vehicles that can be parked on the property. Any excess vehicles blocking the right side garage will be subject to towing at vehicle owner’s expense.

***Solar Heated pool maintains a temperature of around 90 degrees in the Summer months, 80-85 degrees in the Spring/Fall and 8-10 degrees above the Gulf of Mexico temperature in the Winter months***

The pool is maintained and cleaned weekly on Mondays and may be serviced during your stay. We will notify any impacted guest of this in advance.
