It’s located in the heart of south Tampa, near all the action, and is sure to feel like a home away from home. Whether you’re in the mood for a quiet night in, date night at one of the fabulous midtown restaurants or simply want to walk over to Ben n Jerry’s for a sweet treat at the end of the night—the location of this unit couldn’t be better.

The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located near Midtown Tampa, which is home to lots of nice restaurants, shops, and more! Great spot to walk around and is family-friendly. There is also a whole foods nearby. It's a 10 minute drive from the Tampa Int'l Airport.

"Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. This clean, modern 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome located in the heart of Tampa is the perfect getaway for couples, families, and business executives alike. As soon as you enter the property you will be delighted to see the welcoming couch, a family sized dining table that seats 4 people, and an updated, well-equipped kitchen. Complimentary coffee and tea is available throughout your stay. The living room is equipped with a smart 55” flat screen TV and sound-bar for the best viewing experience.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs. They are each equipped with a king bed, smart television and en-suite private bathroom. Each bathroom is equipped with all your needed essentials including a blow dryer and toiletries. One of the bedrooms includes a working desk and comfortable chair.

The washer and dryer are located upstairs for you convenience.

Outside you will find a nice, screened In patio. The patio is newly renovated. It is complete with various seating options and string lights that makes a perfect, cozy entertainment area while you enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

We do recommend renting a vehicle during your stay since many things are spread out in Tampa. You are able to park 1 vehicle in the driveway.
