Located in desirable South Tampa, this home has an inviting neighborhood feel while downtown and the airport are just 15 minutes away. The backyard is an absolute oasis with a refreshing salt-water pool (not heated) for hot Florida days, shaded seating, a grill, and outdoor dining space. When you’re ready for a change of scenery, Historic Hyde Park, known as a popular social scene with shopping and fine dining is 10 minutes away, and just across the bridge, St. Petersburg is within 25 minutes.

Inside, the home features a contemporary coastal design with calming colors, quality furnishings, and lots of natural light. The living space includes ample seating for lounging, visiting, or enjoying a movie on the smart tv. This area opens right to the kitchen where stainless-steel appliances, spacious counters, and barstool seating create a space for gathering around good food and yummy drinks. Formal meals can be hosted at the dinner table for 8, but on a cool Florida night, you can’t beat a poolside meal out in the fresh air.

This home sleeps 6 guests in 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and direct access to the backyard and pool.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 twin size beds which can be put together, and a desk area.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Parking is available in the covered car port and on the driveway.
- Washer and dryer onsite.
- Please note - there are two exterior cameras on property for security. A Ring doorbell and camera attached to the front exterior, facing the driveway. They are actively recording.
