You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The property offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a separated mother in law suite with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, wonderful outdoor space and pool area. There is a game room where you and your group will enjoy together. Only 20 minutes away from Downtown Tampa, Bush Gardens and other beautiful recreational places around Tampa Bay, 30 minutes from Clearwater Beach. The neighborhood its very quite and the closest Walmart is at 5 minutes away(walking distance)

The code to get in was wrong. The pool was dirty. The pool furniture was worn out, some was broken or ripped. Basket ball hoop - no basketball. Windows filthy. Pictured with 3 game room pieces, there were only 2. Fooseball table didn't even have a ball, pool table was off balance. No pool towels. Not enough bath towels. Keurig needed descaling. Only 3 water glasses. Small couch in game room was torn. Kitchen lights flickered. Lights in kitchen sitting area need a dimmer. Only old dirty sponges were available. No soap for the dishwasher. The place needs a refresh - especially pool furniture. In- law suit refrigerator needed cleaning/defrosting. We had a great time being together, the size of the place was perfect. But we were disappointed with the quality and care of the property.

Great Find

Tampa’s Paradise is a great little find for a family get away. The pool is great and has tons of seating for everyone to enjoy even if they are not swimming. The game room was perfect for all ages. Rooms were spacious enough and the beds were all comfy. The kitchen was equipped well and the fridge is large plus there is an extra one in the mother in law suite for beverages.We did have a few hiccups with check in and the thermostat but they were resolved in a timely matter. I do suggest that you purchase toilet paper and paper towel ahead of time as you are only supplied with a starter

Clean and Great location

We came into town for a wedding...safe neighborhood...we walked 5 am in the morning most mornings with no issues. Close to highways, Walmart around the corner for any needs. Home has been updated, great game room and plenty of space between home and back patio and pool area to enjoy some down time. Easy check in and check out. Host replied to questions quickly. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Golf group

My golf buddies and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. The host (Yadian) was easy to reach and responsive. The interior of the home is modern and more spacious than it looks from the front of the home. The bedrooms and queen bed sizes were perfect for our adult golf group. This is an annual trip for us and we look forward to booking this house again next year.

This house was literally perfect & accommodated 2 kids under 2, a 6 year old, 11 year old, 14 year old & 8 adults! There was something for everyone to do with plenty of room!! 10/10 recommend & will be rebooking this house when we visit Tampa again!!

Cute house and AMAZING customer service!

We had a great stay overall, but there were a couple of issues initially. Some of the games in the game room were broken, and we couldn’t get the pool to heat at first. HOWEVER, the property manager went above and beyond to resolve these issues! They overnighted new darts for the game room via Amazon and even sent someone out ON THANKSGIVING to fix the pool so we could enjoy it—amazing customer service! We did purchase a larger saucepan and left it at the house for future guests, as the kitchen could use a few more pots, pans, and bakeware items. For example, we ended up buying disposable cookware for lasagna and brownies. If I could make any suggestions for improvement, it would be to stock the kitchen a bit more and perhaps upgrade the toilet paper (it was quite thin). A heads-up to future renters: bring your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Despite these minor inconveniences, we’d absolutely recommend this home to others. The responsiveness of the property manager and the overall comfort of the house really made our stay enjoyable.

Home away from home

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. They came to visit from New York so this was a lovely home away from home. The game room and pool were our favorite things about the home and would definitely stay again for a visit.

Great Location for Attractions

Overall, we had a great vacation. Communication with owner was excellent! Place was a little smaller than appeared on listing but still plenty of room for our large, adult family. Pool was a great place to hang out and make memories! Blackstone was provided and was surprisingly clean and ready to use which pleased my husband, lol. Location to Busch Gardens, beaches, etc was perfect. However, there were multiple things which dampened the fun. I had to clean when we first arrived. The floors were filthy (our socks were black within the first hour of being there!) baseboards hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, bathrooms had dust with gross hair in the corners. Pool was hazy (pool guy was there on Wednesday for 20 minutes at best and never really cleaned the pool) he dumped a small amount of chemicals in the pool and said not to use it for several hours. :( Surely, pool cleaning can be scheduled on Saturday between 11 and 3 before next group arrives?? Towel holder and shower caddy in MIL suite were rusted and peeling! (I replaced them myself). Baking pans were rusty. Air fryer was greasy with crumbs, not cleaned from prior use. Additionally, I purchased several over the door towel holders as there were limited places to hang wet towels. These are all smaller issues which were easily fixed. But I’ve stayed at multiple VRBO’s for work/fun and I’ve never come across a place that wasn’t darn near spotless. Still, we had a fantastic time.

Family Vacation

Communication with the host was excellent. Also, any concerns I had they were addressed right away. The host followed up to ensure we were good. I greatly appreciate the communication. We enjoyed all the games. The kids were able to swim. Plenty of parking. House was clean. Nice place for a large group.

Beautiful

My Family and I was very happy and excited about our stay here. The place was as shown in the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The children enjoyed the pool and game room. The Guest Suite was perfect for my Daughter and her husband.Our Host, Mr. Yadian was extremely helpful and responded promptly to any questions. The location was perfect, near to stores and restaurants. Check-in and Check-out went very smoothly. Looking forward to our next trip at this location. Thank You Yadian again for making our stay so pleasurable and fun.

Multi family week long stay

Our stay was fantastic! We were a group of 8 staying in town for our boys baseball tournament. The house was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious. The host was very fast to reply and handle a few minor issues we had come up and answered any questions we had. He went above and beyond what we expected. The only thing we didn't realize is the in-law suite is completely separated from the main house and requires a very short walk outside to join the main house as opposed to just a dividing door in the house. Overall, we loved the house and had a great time. We would highly recommend it and stay at it again in the future.

In town for a 50 & over men’s softball tourney

The property was exactly as described in the listing and the pics provided a very accurate depiction of the property. The house was very clean upon arrival, and very well stocked with essentials. The property was within 5 miles of the park that we were playing at so our entire stay was very convenient. I reached out to Yadian (the host) a couple of times during our stay, and he was very nice, responsive, and extremely helpful each time. We enjoyed our stay and the property provided the space we needed for the size of our group. We would definitely like to stay there again when we come back to the area.
