Just 1 minute from Camelback Resort, Bear Peak is a cozy 4BR mountain retreat with stunning views, central air, fast Wi-Fi, a screened-in hot tub sunroom, and a game room with pool, Pac-Man, bar, darts, and Smart TV. Spend summer days at Camelbeach, Aquatopia, nearby hiking trails, or the community pool, then unwind on the wraparound deck, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a cozy movie/game night with family and friends.




Rules and Regulations: In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form. Within this form, all guests must provide the full names and ages of those accompanying the reservation, verify ID, and contact info. The guest maximum is 10 people, including visitors, infants, and children. Only 2 cars are allowed at this unit, and all other cars must be parked in the Community Overflow Parking Lot. 5 cars max.

Pool Information – Northridge
- Pool Season: Opens Friday, June 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM and closes Monday, September 7, 2026 (Labor Day) – weather permitting

Access Rules:
- Only tenants listed on the rental registration may use the pool.
- No outside guests are allowed.
- Guests may not use the pool on checkout day.
- Access is verified through registration; there are no physical passes.

Important: Community Amenities – Seasonal Availability
• All Other Outdoor Amenities: Closed during the winter season (from the first snowfall through March).


Outdoor Pleasures:
Take in breathtaking 180° views over Camelback Mountain from the wraparound deck, complete with custom rustic log chairs and peaceful mountain scenery. Sip coffee in the fresh morning air, enjoy golden hour after a day at Camelbeach or the community pool, or relax under the stars on clear Pocono nights. It’s the perfect spot to slow down and soak in the beauty of summer in the mountains.

Indoor Spaces
This 2,907 sq. ft. 4-bedroom contemporary mountain retreat blends comfort, style, and summer-ready convenience with central air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and plenty of space to gather. The spacious living room features a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and sweeping panoramic views of Camelback. The open-concept dining area flows into a sleek, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry, making it easy to prepare meals before or after a day of Pocono adventures.

Bedrooms
All four bedrooms are located upstairs:
Master Suite: King bed, private bath, work desk with monitor, propane fireplace, Peloton bike, lounge seating, and unbeatable mountain views.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
Bedroom 4: Two bunk beds (full bottom, twin top) plus a Smart TV.

Bathrooms:

There is a full bathroom as part of the master suite. Bathrooms available to the other guests are 1) on the same level as the bedrooms (1 full bathroom), very close to the bedrooms, and 2) downstairs on the main level (powder room), and 3) downstairs in the lowest level (game room and bar area).

Sunroom & Hot Tub
Bold colors and cozy seating make the screened-in sunroom a favorite place to unwind. Soak in the hot tub after a day at Camelback, nearby hiking trails, the community pool, or local summer attractions, all while enjoying a comfortable indoor-outdoor feel protected from the elements.

Game Room
The lower-level game room is designed for fun and relaxation with:

Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.

We gladly welcome dogs with a $150 flat fee, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. Please provide their age and breed when booking. Dogs must be fully house-trained, and we do not permit puppies. They must not be left unattended inside, and all droppings must be promptly picked up.

Note: This home has a sloped driveway.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
