Other things to note
**House Rules:**

- Treat the home with care and respect, as you would your own
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the house.
- **Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM** to respect neighbors and the community.
- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside or near entrances (a $1,000 fee will be assessed if violated).
- Pets are welcome! There is a pet fee so please add them to the reservation. Please clean up after them, and keep pets off the furniture.
- No food or glass items in the hot tub; please close the cover when not in use.
- Please only flush toilet paper—no other items (including flushable wipes, paper towels, or feminine products).
- No parties or events allowed.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight; no unregistered guests without prior approval.
- Adhere to check-in and check-out times (unconfirmed late check-outs may incur a fee).
- Do not rearrange the furniture.
- Please keep shoes off the furniture.
- Ensure all lights, appliances, and air conditioning/heating are turned off when not in use.
- Dispose of all trash in designated bins and recycling as appropriate.
- Report any damage immediately.
