1 full bathroom and 1 separate toilet.

Heat pump / air con in the lounge and also in 2 of the bedrooms.

At this time the garage/shed is unavailable for guest use.

Access is via key lockbox . A team member will be available throughout your stay.

Please note there is not a dividing fence between this property and the neighbouring property `Soak up the Sun`.
Bring family or friends to stay in Soak up the sun or make new friends!
There is plenty of room that you won`t encroach on each others space.

**Please note that the bedroom and bathroom linen package is included in the cleaning rate. You may wish to bring pool / beach towels**

Before check in, guest will be asked to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non refundable damage waiver. (portal link will be sent in the to guest after your booking is confirmed)
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
