Modern kitchen with coffee machine, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 x living areas – With TVs, heat-pump/air-conditioning unit, fireplace and indoor/outdoor flow to the back yard. The owners have also kindly provided a kayak, stand up paddle board and life-jackets for guests to use.



Downstairs has the master bedroom with ensuite. Head upstairs to a second living area on the mezzanine floor plus two further bedrooms and bathroom.

Bedroom 3 - 1 x King bed (can be split into 2 x Single beds on request)

House Rules and Information:



Parking: off street parking space available for 2 vehicles



Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
