The property shares a right-of-way driveway and is directly adjacent to a lovely young couple who`ve recently welcomed their third addition to the family. Please observe the stated quiet hours of 10p.m. to 7 a.m. to ensure our neighbours get the rest they need. It’s crucial that our guests understand the their need for a peaceful, uninterrupted day-to-day life.

As hosts and community-minded people, we want our guests to have an appreciation of the people living next or near to the home, as they`re important to us personally, and in various ways, facilitate our ability to provide the home to you for short-stay accommodation.

As such, we`ve encouraged our neighbours to get in touch with us at any time, should they feel as though our guest are an imposition in any way, and we have an agreement to attend any report from them about unruly guest behaviour. Issues which would compel them to contact us are no more than you’d expect: excessive noise at any time or noise past 10 p.m., parties , gatherings exceeding the number of people booked, more than 2 cars coming up and down the driveway or parking on the property, rudeness or general inconsideration and so on.

HOUSE RULES

1. Parking
Two car parks onsite only, as the property is on a shared driveway, so need to limit traffic

2. Rubbish/Recycling - a guest responsibility
- Correctly sort and dispose of ALL rubbish and put bins on curbside according to house manual & collection calendar on fridge

3. BBQ Cleaning - a guest responsibility
- Please clean thoroughly for next guests

4. Linen & Towels
- Must be washed separately from any other item on a hot cycle please.
- Please use the disposable towelettes to wash off make-up, tanning products or heavy grime

5. NO parties or unregistered guests

6. NO Smoking
- anywhere on the property, vaping outside only.

7. Quiet Times: 11 pm-7am
- Please respect our neighbours

8. Damages/Accidents
- please report immediately

9. Pets - we don`t charge a pet fee on the condition that pet-owners:
- Protect furniture & beds
- Are responsible for ALL pet-related cleaning. Sadly, there are no holidays from poop-patrol, it’s a 24/7 gig

10. Pool & Spa
- After every spa, add 1 tsp of chlorine per person to spa water (chlorine in cupboard of office/pool house)
- Put spa & pool covers back on after use

Our stay was awesome. It was a last minute stay and so being able to get in early and easily was awesome for our family. Mel was so easy to deal with. Communication was clear and fast responses for anything we needed. Such a lovely home and all the amenities were awesome.
