Giusy 2 is a detached villa with large equipped outdoor spaces and
garden that frame it and from which you can admire the sea right in
front.
A few steps lead to the spacious veranda, furnished for
relaxing, dining al fresco, sunbathing on deck chairs and outdoor
shower.
 
The entrance to Villa Giusy 2 is into a large furnished living room with open kitchen, dining room, sofas and TV.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, including 1 triple room with double bed + single bed with adjacent shower room, 1 quadruple room with double bed + bunk bed and en suite shower room, 1 double room with en suite bathroom.
All rooms have a French window overlooking the garden.

Villa Giusy 32 is a beautiful beachfront vacation villa in the lovely Marina di Mancaversa,
on the Taviano coastline. In this seaside resort in summer there are
all the main commercial services. The small Cavalli beach is within
walking distance. The cliff in front is low and accessible.
The Cotriero beach, an equipped lido, is just 1 km from the villa. The natural oasis of Lido Pizzo is about 3 km away. Gallipoli`s Baia Verde beaches are less than 6 km away, and the city center is about 13 km away, a few minutes by car.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
