The apartment is situated on the first floor and can be accessed by stairs or elevator. A private parking space is provided without a charge.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
