The penthouse also has three balconies with panoramic views of the city, guests also have access to two parking spaces, gymnasium, pool, office, cinema and common areas in the building, allowing them to enjoy a luxurious lifestyle while staying with us.
The space
The distribution of the rooms in the apartment is the following:

- The first room features a king bed and a 70"Smart TV.
- The second room is equipped with a Queen bed and a 70"Smart TV.
- The third room also has a queen bed and a 65"Smart TV.

In addition to these rooms, the living room is equipped with a 70"Smart TV and surround sound system, providing a cinematic experience to enjoy your favorite shows and movies.

Each room is designed to offer comfort and privacy, with individual air conditioning and its own bathroom. Smart TVs in every room give you access to a wide selection of channels and entertainment apps.

But the best thing about this Penthouse is the panoramic views of the city that you can enjoy from its three terraces, each with its own living area so that you can relax and enjoy the cityscape. It's the perfect place to have a romantic sunset or dinner!

In addition, its location is excellent, as it is close to the main malls of the city, as well as government and business centers. Guest access
Guests can also enjoy the common areas of the building such as the pool, gym and BBQ area. To use the pool you must ask for access to verify availability, which guarantees the privacy and security of all guests.
Other things to note
No smoking and parties: We want to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all of our guests, therefore smoking in the apartment and organizing parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. In case of non-compliance, a $500 surcharge will be applied to cover the costs of cleaning and restoring the space.

Pool and BBQ area: Our building has a swimming pool and a barbecue area available for the enjoyment of our guests. However, due to demand and limited capacity, availability is required in advance. This will allow us to ensure that you can enjoy these spaces at the desired time and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
