Find your favourite boxset on the Smart TV, chat or play a game together at the end of your fun day out. Wander through to the galley-style kitchen/diner, with its stylish fittings and breakfast bar for casual meals and snacks. Make fresh coffee in the machine to enjoy in here or back through at the table in the main room. Your family shower room, where you can rinse off after salty swims, is up on the first floor, together with a king-size bedroom and a twin. There is an enclosed courtyard to the rear of the property, where you can enjoy the sea air. Parking is in a public car park within 200 metres of the bolthole, subject to availability.

Potter at Back Beach, just 30 metres away, or venture 250 metres to the seafront. From here, you can walk out along the seafront and the South West Coast Path. Plan a day trip to Bustling Torquay, 9 miles away, with its beaches and traditional, seaside attractions. The cathedral city of Exeter, 24 miles away, with its many historical sites, also makes a great day out.
