sehr zufrienden

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und das Frühstück hervorragend. Der Service im Zimmer war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Egal ob zum Tel Aviv Hafen, in die Stadt oder nach Jaffa. Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt,man muss nur die Strasse überqueren um an den Strand zu gelangen. Shopping,Restaurants und Clubs sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Zu bemängeln ist die zu bezahlende Kommission von USD 200.-- welche man bar vorlegen muss, wenn man nicht in Besitz einer Kreditkarte ist. Auch ging das Personal kaum auf Kundenwünsche ein, die Ausstattung des Zimmers ensprach bei weitem nicht den Standards eines 5 Sternhotels in D,F oder der CH. Fotos des Hotels wie z.B. vom Pool weichen sehr vom Original ab.

Personnel froid, pas souriant, peu avenant et inattentif aux clients au petit-déjeuner notamment (assiettes non débarrassées, plats soi-disant chauds mais tièdes ou froids en réalité). Grilles manquantes autour de la piscine remplacées par des chaises longues. Hôtel pas à la hauteur des standards d'hôtels de cette catégorie. Sortie vers la plage donne sur une rue poussièreuse et encombrée de déchets. Hôtel très très décevant, besoin d'une rénovation mais surtout d'une formation du personnel sur ce que signifie le service aux clients. Rapport qualité prix totalement décalé pour un hôtel Sheraton. Prix élevé, qualité proche du zéro. Seule la chambre sauve la mise.

We were on the 7th floor and in the evening a lot of very strong music until 2am. Very disappointing for this hotel

Kaupunki ja rantaloma

Hotelli oli aivan super! Palvelu oli huippuhyvää. Meitä palveltiin ihan jokaisessa pienessäkin asiassa todella hyvin. Henkilökunta oli iloista ja ammattitaitoista. Ravintoloissa ruoka oli todella hyvää, en voi sanoa mitään negatiivista Sheratonista!

Ne vous attendez pas à un 5 étoiles européen!

Assez surpris en général par cet hôtel! A mon avis le confort général correspond tout au plus à un 4 étoiles! De plus, derrière comme devant (front mer) passe la route principale, pas possible de vivre avec fenêtres ouvertes. Le soir de notre arrivée, pas de restauration possible, on nous a refilé un bon (rabais) pour un Resto Italien à 400 mètres. D'un autre côté, pour être correct, les hôtels voisins sont encore en plus mauvais état.

Stay Late August 2010

Central location easy walk to good resteraunts; cafe and shopping areas. The staff were charming, helpful and welcoming with the exception of the Poolside staff who did not measure up to the service in the rest of the hotel. Our room was spacious and well serviced but slightly worn with pictures coming out of the frame and peeling paint in the bathroom. We found the nightime traffic and music unnoticeable with the air-conditioning on. Given this we would stay there again.
