ENTRY LEVEL
The main/entry level floor of this home offers panoramic windows with mountain views and doors throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen. Slide the patio doors fully open to enjoy the mountain air. Kick back and relax in front of the gas fireplace and your favorite movie after a long day or enjoy a cocktail next to the fire pit on the deck. The kitchen features everything you need to enjoy a nourishing home-cooked meal -- gourmet range, microwave, over-sized refrigerator and small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

BUNK ROOM LEVEL
Down one staircase, just off the main floor is the huge bunk room, featuring three sets of bunk beds, a ton of play space, and an en suite bathroom.

HOT TUB LEVEL
Down one more small flight of stairs is the media room, laundry room, king bedroom and bathroom. The media room features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV, two over-sized bean bag chairs and direct access to the lower level deck with hot tub. The King bedroom offers mountain views and easy access to the hot tub on the lower deck, right outside the bedroom's door. This room has a large closet to tuck away your belongings and access to a beautiful bathroom with painted tile, walk-in shower, and two vanities. Pack light and enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer during your stay.

TOP LEVEL
On the top level, you'll find an open loft space which leads to a large office with sleeper sofa and an en suite bathroom. On either side of the loft are two additional king bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. There is an additional washer and dryer in the second king bedroom on this level.

AMENITIES
In winter, enjoy the luxury of a heated driveway and two car garage and avoid the hassle of snowy cars on powder days and delight in extremely rare-for-Telluride air conditioning during warmer summer months. While you'll want a car to get around from this location, Mountain Village offers Dial-a-Ride service for rides to and from the Village Core & gondola when you don't want to drive.
