Nestled in the west end of town, this condo is in a prime location with walk access to the Telluride Ski Resort Chair Lift 7, or to the popular Thai restaurant Siam, or even walk into the center of town, which is only four blocks away. However you choose to spend your time in Telluride, and whenever you choose to come to leaf peep in the fall, ski or ride in the winter, or to take in the rivers and mountains in the summer this is a wonderful location from which to do so.

Enjoy the massive mountain views from the living room, or step outside onto your private deck and soak it in. If you'd prefer to relax or unwind in the dry sauna, you can do that too. With a well-equipped kitchen, a thoughtful layout, and such an ideal location, the only trouble will be that you won't want to leave.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free shuttle bus called the Galloping Goose that loops the circumference of town. There are various bus stops where you can load up your ski's and take a ride to the Gondola.

Location is superb- walking to the grocery, lifts, and night life- no car needed . Comfy living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are far from each other -good for privacy. Took a star off because the coffee maker situation is lacking, no drip coffee maker or French press.

Okay, not great

The views are surprisingly great. Location is good (still plan on an 8 min walk to Gondola). Downsides: The 2nd bedroom is a loft with no privacy to the living room/kitchen, so anybody on the sofa bed and 2nd bedroom are essentially in the same room. Don't plan to watch TV late night if people are sleeping upstairs. Was tough to figure out how to heat the place given old controls on walls and area heaters (no instructions). Instructions for audio/visual were outdated with equipment no longer there. There is a sauna downstairs, but does not work, so don't as excited as my kids did when they saw it. No fireplace. Very tired interior. I tried contacting property manager, but did not get a response for long periods of time (the solve for channels not changing was to cycle the power and never got guidance on which controls to use for heat). It would be good for 2 couples because the bedroom downstairs is private and creates separation.

Good locatiin, but there were electrical issues, ceiling fan did not work

Great location, good stock of kitchen accessories. Ceiling fan did not work and many windows didn’t have screens preventing opening the windows for air flow when temps were warm.

This location is great for couples traveling together - main level kitchen, living area and balcony, then lower level for one couple, full bath and sauna , top level contains a desk for working, another bedroom and 3/4 bath. We really enjoyed our stay !!!

Very tired. Needs completion renovation.

The location is excellent. The views are beautiful. Everything about booking, paying, and getting instructions for arrival was excellent. Outside entry: the handrail is very old and very dry, and two times we got hand splinters when using it. Downstairs: the carpet was not vacuumed, and the queen bed had king sheets that kept sliding off. Old shutters are stored in the closet, leaving little room for clothes. The water was turned off under the downstairs sink, and the toilet backed up with the first use and had to be plunged. The shower pan also quickly filled up with water. There is obviously a backed-up sewer issue. The washer stunk with a very musty odor. Upstairs bedroom: the description did not make it clear that it was a loft and utterly open to the living room. The drawers under the bed and desk are falling apart, and there is junk stored in the closet leaving very little space for clothing. The shower smells moldy and musty. Living Room: most of the window blinds are broken and window screens are missing. Dining Room: the light fixture over the table is so large and hangs so low that each of us hit our heads on it at least once. Kitchen: the toaster doesn’t work. There are two coffee makers, but no filters. Balcony: the balcony for the adjacent duplex unit had fallen off, so we were very reluctant to use our balcony. Sitting on it outside did not seem worth the risk of death. We have never had a short-term rental in this poor condition. We were truly disappointed.

Perfect location for a ski vacation!

Stayed here with my husband and parents for a weeklong ski vacation. Loved that we could easily walk to chair 7 in the morning and then into town for apres after hitting the slopes. The condo was true to the listing and it was the perfect size for our group of 4 - I'm glad that we didn't try to fit 6 adults because it definitely would have been tight! Would definitely stay here in the future.

Wonderful House!

This house is perfect! We have two kids 8 and 5, it was fun for them to play in with the three levels. The pictures are good but it's so great in person, it has a lot of character, from the natural wood, light fixtures, to the mountain like plates and mugs. The beds are comfortable, the upstairs one has a pillow topper on it. Every night we had the window open behind our bed on the top level with the cool breeze and sounds of the creek behind the house. It's about a 3-5 minute walk to Clarks Market, I went there most days since we ate at the house a lot. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, it has all the pots, bowls, cutlery, utensils you could need. It has a nice toaster, coffee maker with filters, and a blender in the cabinet. Something that was so helpful was how well stocked the house was with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, detergent, and shampoo and conditioner. There are more than enough towels and checkout the lower room's closet for a picnic basket and fans for warm nights. Let's not forget the relaxing sauna on the lower level, oh my, it works great and is a major selling point for my husband and me! The bath tub is nice and big and the shower on the top level is huge! The washer and dryer worked just fine as well. I love all the natural light in the house, the dining room is cheerful to sit in with the windows opening up to the creek. Ok let's get to the VIEW... on the top level bed you can lay there and look out of a massive stained glass window with a picturesque view of the mountains and Bridal Falls! Every morning, afternoon and evening I would sit on the front porch in the comfortable wooden chairs and take in the Telluride mountains and occasionally some paragliders. The walk to the gondola is maybe 10 minutes at the most. We love walking the river path to get there, that path is just a couple minutes down from the house. They have a really nice TV that goes down into a cabinet that holds a few games. There is plenty of storage in the house and a nice desk with a few basic supplies on the top level. The entrance has a nice bench to sit at and a tray underneath to store your clothes. If you can't tell, I love this place, it's so homey and perfect to hangout in, would love to go back! Thank you!!

Very nice property with a great management company. The property was clean and had every amenity we needed. The property is in a great location where everything was in walking distance—down town and Clark’s Market! The management company was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
