Situated in a cozy spot on Colorado Ave. (Main Street), Mountain Home East couldn't be better located. Clark's Market is steps away, the Galloping Goose which is the town looping Shuttle, stops across the street, and the base of Lift 7 of the Telluride Ski Resort is a short jaunt to the south.

Walk up to the main level with the kitchen (new appliances to be installed in late June), laundry closet, living area, and dining room for family gatherings. Outside of the dining area is a south facing deck with a picnic table for al fresco dining.

Above the living area is the main sleeping room with a king size bed, new mattress, bedding and furniture. Enjoy the gallery of some fine Telluride Festival Posters lining the stairway to the upper level. There is a tub/shower in the en suite bathroom. Natural light comes in through the peaked windows above the bed.

On the garden level are two guest rooms. The queen room with new furniture and bedding has a flat screen TV. Two sets of bunk beds are in the other guest room. This level also has a full bath.

The home has a carport under the deck. No scraping the windshield in the winter, and shade protection for your car in the summer!
