The condo entry is located on the third level, and there is no elevator access.

**Please note that there is a Town of Telluride construction project happening on the adjacent corner from this building. Work is intermittent and construction noise is prohibited between 6pm and 8am, Monday - Friday, and 6pm-9am on Saturdays, and all day Sunday.**

ENTRY LEVEL

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals at home, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Instant Pot, and all the essential cookware and utensils. Gather around the dining table for family meals or enjoy a quick breakfast at the breakfast bar before heading out to explore Telluride.
Also located on this level is the spacious primary suite, featuring a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity, plush towels, and complimentary bath amenities.

The upper level offers three additional bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for family and friends.
