This spacious, recently remodeled light and bright corner unit is a rare find in Telluride. The unit features new hardwood floors, updated furniture, original art and decor, and a cozy litte fireplace in the living room.

One king bed in the bedroom, stone tile shower and a separate toilet room for privacy.
Living room has a queen size sofa-sleeper for extra bodies. Sliding pocket doors between bedroom and living room can be pulled closed to create two separate sleeping or hanging spaces.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, breakfast bar, sitting area with sofa & coffee table, flat-screen TVs in bedroom and in living room, and the sweet little fireplace adds to the cozy, romantic ambiance, summer and winter.

Blackout shades. Abundant closet space. Common BBQ and picnic area just outside alongside the river, and two brand new outdoor hot tubs, a minute's walk down the hallway from your place. *****PARKING!********Ample free parking. You may choose to park in the inn courtyard parking lot or at the CarHenge free parking lot, both lots have parking spaces that are right outside of the unit. (Personally, I prefer the carhenge lot. Its generally less crowded. Feel free to plug "carhenge free parking lot" into your navigation. Once there, turn left into the parking lot, drive to the last row, turn right and halfway up that row is the best place to park. You will see the little walking path into the Inn and your unit is right in front of you. Great, if you have groceries and luggage and stuff.) Both parking lots are available to our guests. PLEASE USE THE PARKING PASS FOUND INSIDE THE UNIT FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING and p l e a s e remember to put it back inside the unit when you check out.

This lovely unit is just 2 blocks from the grocery store, and a short walk to the one-of-a-kind free gondola or to the center of historic Telluride town.

The river trail is just outside your door and offers a delightful walking path along the river that meanders all alongside town and beyond, or you can walk 1/2 block to catch the free Galloping Goose shuttle and ride all over town if you prefer not to walk.

***This suite is in a building that is NOT pet-friendly and any unregistered pet will incur a substantial fee. (This is not in our control.) We do have two pet friendly rentals so if you plan on bringing your pet, please inquire about availability in a pet friendly unit.

We also have a studio overlooking the river in the same complex if your party has more members or you'd prefer a smaller less expensive unit, overlooking the river!
