Whether you're here for powder days, summer festivals, or simply to unwind in the mountains, this residence offers a level of comfort and quality rarely found in vacation rentals.

The Space:

Two ensuite bedrooms on a single level. Gas fireplace in the living area. Motorized TV console - the screen lifts at the press of a button. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Humidifier in the bedroom. Very stylish decor!



Guest Access:

The entire condo is yours. Private keypad entry, no shared interior spaces. The building hot tub and outdoor gas grill are a short walk across the courtyard. Ski-in/ski-out access to Chair 7 is through the building's shared gate. Free parking in the large lot across the street.



The Neighborhood:

The building sits steps from Chair 7 at the base of Telluride's ski area, with the San Miguel River trail running directly past. Clark's Market is a 5-minute drive. In summer the river trail and festival venues are equally close.



Getting Around:

The free Galloping Goose shuttle stops nearby every 20 minutes and connects to the gondola and town.



Other Things to Note:

· No air conditioning - Telluride summers are cool; fans and humidifiers are provided.

· No pet policy

· Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
