With pearl white granite countertops accented by the overflow of polished wooden cabinets and a full list of high-end luxury amenities to rival any chef’s kitchen. Including Viking Stainless steel appliances, a six-burner stovetop, and a huge commercial-grade refrigerator. Have a private chef come over and take full advantage of this unique space, treating your crew to an exceptional night of world-class flavors and experiences.

Step outside to the private patio that wraps around the living room and provides spine-tingling views of the river and mountains beyond. This space is complete with a circular fire pit, a seating area, and a spa-like hot tub. Relax by the roaring fireplace and watch the sun dip below the horizon as the fleeting colors of dusk begin to fade away.

The Primary Suite is on the main floor, offering huge, elevated views and a plethora of natural light. The plush king-size bed is made up of iron-pressed silk-like linens and fur blankets. The ensuite Primary Bathroom has dual vanities and a sprawling enclosed glass shower.

Downstairs, guests will find the remaining two bedrooms. The second Primary bedroom comes with a sumptuous queen-size bed with a flat-screen TV. This bedroom has a private deck that oversees the crystalline San Miguel River and the ensuing jagged landscape covered in thick layers of dense alpine wilderness. The ensuite bathroom comes with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo.

The third bedroom is a bunk room made up of two full-size beds and two twin-size beds. This bedroom provides ample room and versatility to accommodate a large number of kids or other guests. The Bunk bathroom comes with dual vanities and a large enclosed glass shower.
