Located on the quiet, residential alley of Shadow Lane, this is an ideal rental home for families or large groups who want the convenience of staying just a short walk from all the things Telluride has to offer. In the summer, Telluride Town Park is just across the street, so you have incredible access to all the festivals. In the winter, all the restaurants, bars, and shops are just moments away. The east end of town tends to be quieter (without the festival music), so if you're looking for a bit more serenity, a or a place to enjoy majestic mountain views, than look no further.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free shuttle bus the circles town and will take guests to the Gondola. The nearest stop is where this street meets W Colorado.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
