Wir bieten eine wunderschöne BEACHFRONT Casita in Penca Beach, einem magischen, geheimen, kleinen weißen Sandstrand, nur 25 Minuten von Tamarindo entfernt. Dieser preisgekrönte Strand gilt als einer der schönsten StrĂ€nde des Landes.

Die Casita befindet sich in einem 1 Hektar großen StrandgrundstĂŒck, das wunderschön mit Palmen und Almendro-BĂ€umen angelegt ist. Meeresbrise kommt direkt bis zum Haus, das nur 10 Fuß vom Strand entfernt ist. Große SchiebetĂŒren verbinden das Studio mit der Terrasse und dem Strand.

Der Strand von Penca befindet sich in einer ruhigen Bucht direkt vor der Insel Chocoyas, wo Sie in glasigem, ruhigem Wasser Kajak fahren, Stand-Up-Paddeln und Schnorcheln können. Wirklich einzigartig, um PrivatsphĂ€re zu genießen, sich mit der Natur zu verbinden und das Gleichgewicht zu finden.

Diese große, helle, komfortable Casita ist komplett ausgestattet: KĂŒche, KĂŒhlschrank, Klimaanlage, Internet und Warmwasser. Die Unterkunft wird von einem Ehepaar aus der Region besucht, das rund um die Uhr Sicherheits- und Reinigungsdienste anbietet.

Von unserer gerĂ€umigen Terrasse aus können Sie strahlende SonnenuntergĂ€nge beobachten, frĂŒhstĂŒcken oder Tag und Nacht das Meer beobachten. Die Terrasse ist mit einem schönen Brunnen im spanischen Stil dekoriert.

Der Strand von Penca wurde 8 Jahre in Folge mit dem "Blue Flag Beach" ausgezeichnet, einer Anerkennung fĂŒr die saubersten StrĂ€nde Costa Ricas. ZugĂ€nglich fĂŒr jedes Auto. Gepflasterte Straße bis 1 Meile vor dem Strand. Die nĂ€chste Stadt ist Potrero, ebenfalls 1,6 km von der Unterkunft entfernt. Es ist eine wunderschöne kleine Stadt in Guanacaste mit LebensmittelgeschĂ€ften, Restaurants, Kantinen und einer kleinen Kirche.

An guten Restaurants in der Umgebung mangelt es nicht. Flamingo und Catalinas sind nur eine 10-minĂŒtige Fahrt entfernt. Andere erstaunliche StrĂ€nde in der Umgebung sind Conchal, Prieta, Sugar Beach oder Danta. Alle ruhigen weißen Sandparadiese verbinden sich mit der Natur.

Absolutely loved staying here. The most relaxing trip I’ve ever had. If you want to walk out the door and spend the day on a quiet beach, this is the place. Short walk to groceries and restaurants. Did not explore the other beaches along the coast because there was no reason to leave. I was able to get private transport to come right to the house for drop off and pick up.

The room is right on the beach with a postcard perfect view. Patio has a bar facing the water for morning coffee and sunset viewing. Private cabana with comfy lounge chairs were great for napping, reading, hanging out. Bed was solid and very comfortable. Hosts are friendly and attentive.Of course there are some ants, this a a tropical beach. And getting there has some challenges, recommend a small 4x4. And this is not a hotel or a brand new building, so don’t expect that. Do expect to sleep well hearing waves lap at the shore, and to be blown away by the beauty.

Digna and Omar were wonderful hosts. The place was just as described and right on the beach. We had our own beach shade provided, the sunsets were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, the king sized bed very comfortable. On the whole our stay was wonderful, thank you so much!

The studio was stylish and very clean, and just as it appears in the pictures. Digna and Omar are lovely unobtrusive caretakers. The views and steps-to-the-beach access are unmatched. We arrived, parked our car behind the pretty white gate in the yard, and we didn’t move it for 4days. We could get everything we wanted just a few blocks away: casual delicious cafes, fruit stand, market. It was heaven.

Stunning, breathtaking, one of a kind! Literally steps from the water at high tide and a couple of more steps at low tide. The "road" separating the private patio from the sand is just part of the beach people drive on. The room was utterly sand free and clean when we arrived (I have no clue how they got this place so clean). A warm welcome to grab the keys and help us park (after dark) was super after a LONG day of travel. Great communication. High ceilings, essential cooking items & the closest you can possibly be to the ocean!All photos included were taken from the private patio.

Digna and Omar were very welcoming and helpful if needed. The studio was exactly as advertised, very clean. What an amazing spot, right on a beautiful beach! The mornings were so peaceful and quiet there, you had the beach to yourself most mornings.

The space was simple but effective. Around 12' x 20' a 5' x 12' bathroom & "closet" which included a large shower. Water pressure was weak, but hot water was quite warm. The kitchenette was good enough. Hot plates, microwave and some silverware, dishes and pans. Not suitable for cooking full meals but enough for making a simple meal or reheating. The bed was quite comfortable, on the firm side. But we didn't select this stay for the interior amenities... The patio was very nice, leading immediately out onto the beach. We had a portable cabana reserved for us, comfortable beach lounge chairs. The beach was lightly populated during the busy times, nearly private in the early mornings. The sun rose on the inland side, giving the patio shade in the early morning. These early morning hours the beach had few to no visitors. mid morning some people started showing up, mostly couples or small families. Still far from crowded. The busiest time was the hour around Sunset. Even then, 80 people on a 2,500' beach. And most of them at one end where the road leads in. We were told there are only 3 houses on the beach, and there are literally 3 houses on the beach. There is a "road" between the patio and the sand, but this is not a through road and is barely used. We had a rental car, but there is a variety of food options within an 8-15 minute walk. We walked several nights after dark and felt completely safe doing so. Our only complaint, there are a lot of ants outside.

Wow. Never had a harder time leaving somewhere. Never been closer to the beach - and felt it was our own personal beach. Soft sand, waves crashing, and never saw more than a dozen people - hidden gem! Digna / Omar were fantastic, communication was on point, and very hospitable. Location seemed a bit sketchy driving through but learned was not an issue and super safe. Isolated enough to be quiet, 10 mins from shops, cafes, restaurants, 40 to Tamarindo.Hidden gem! Cant wait to stay here again!

I love this place! I wanted quiet, relaxing, peaceful and unique! It was allOf them! I was afraid it was too good to be true but it was all that I’d hoped for! The care takers were amazing. Everything was very clean when we arrived and we had everything we need to eat in as planned. There are some restaurants very close within walking or driving a few stores to chose from and we felt very safe roaming out. There were a couple of things that kept if from being five star but not even worth complaining about. The price was beyond reasonable, the onsite hosts were wonderful and the studio was comfortable and beautiful! If you want spotless, bug free or a maid you may need a five star hotel or resort but for me, it was a dream spot!

The pictures of this place don’t do it justice at all, not to mention the hospitality. As far as I’m concerned, we won’t stay anywhere else next time we are in CR on this side of the country. Hands down the best place to stay on a beach in the world.

Amazing stay!

This property was beautiful. Close enough to walk to things but far enough away to feel secluded. Loved waking up and sitting on the beach drinking coffee. Hammocks during the afternoon thunderstorms were fun. This was an incredible space for our anniversary/birthday trip.

Great Beach Front Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront studio – it truly exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Being directly on the water was an absolute dream! The location is serene and beautiful, with the ocean just steps from the terrace. Waking up to the sunrise over the calm bay and falling asleep to the sound of the waves made this a truly peaceful getaway.The road to the property is a bit tucked away, and it took us a moment to realize we were in the right spot – but once we found it, we knew we were in for something special. The parking area was convenient, and we were greeted by a friendly cat who seemed to be a regular around the grounds, which added to the charm.The property is beautifully landscaped, full of birds and little crabs that made the yard feel alive with nature. The studio itself was clean and cozy. The on-site caretakers were kind, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive.If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-filled stay right on one of Costa Rica’s beaches, this is the place.

Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved this place. The beach/ocean was only steps away from the house. It was never crowded and felt semi-private; would have been completely private if not for a public access street/parking nearby. There was a canopy set up on the beach for us and we were able to take the lounge chairs on the patio out on the beach. The ocean was amazing. Perfect temperature, clean, and fairly calm during day. The apartment was attached to the house but it was still nice and quiet. The king bed was very comfortable and the walk in shower was nice and big. It was verl clean and well taken care of by Omar and Digna. KThey were very nice and hospitable. I wish we could have stayed longer - it was our favorite place so far in Costa Rica

A true jem!

We weren’t really sure what to expect, when we arrived it was more than we were expecting! Dinga and Omar were always so helpful. The grounds are well maintained and the apartment is steps from the beach. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves some days. It was a little tricky to find the first day as Waze couldn’t recognize it but we found it off the map from the website. We will absolutely be back! Pura Vida!
