Lose yourself in the boundless horizon as you savor the breathtaking sunsets from the spacious balconies, adorned with inviting seating areas.

Indulge in quality time with your loved ones and savor delectable meals in a kitchen adorned with thoughtful touches, featuring a charming island with seating for four, or gather around the eight-person dining table that overlooks the inviting plunge pool. Keeping the doors ajar allows you to relish the soothing sounds of the cascading water feature. Take your time to absorb the comforting serenity that the living room exudes.

When it's time to rest, this house boasts 3 bedrooms, each furnished with top-tier mattresses and linens. The master bedroom offers ocean views, a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom features beautiful views, and sets two individual-sized beds that can be joined into a king and another room, the third bedroom has two twin bunk beds, with a shared bathroom. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.

The house comes with housekeeping every day of your stay. It is fully equipped with ceiling fans, A/C and cable Smart TVs, high-speed internet, as well as a laundry room for your convenience. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There are other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.

In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

About the Area

Las Catalinas is located on a majestic 1,100-acre property, an architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.

The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Daily Pass Options:

- Beach Club Adult Pass: At $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Reservations required.

- Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access.

- Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited.

- Visitors Day Pass: $70 USD + 13% VAT - $50 redeemable in consumables, accessible for visitors or anyone staying off condominium premises (Reservations Required), no Seasonal priority Limited Access.
