This 8 Bedroom 10 Bath villa was designed, and custom built as a luxury vacation rental. The Villa is located a short 2-minute walk from Potrero Beach. The Villa is staffed and comes with daily housekeeping and Breakfast included with your stay. The seaside community of Surfside / Playa Potrero is a hidden tropical paradise carefully tucked away in the province of Guanacaste along Costa Rica's north pacific Gold Coast. Your group will appreciate over 10,000 plus square feet of living and 5,000 feet of outdoor living space in your own private retreat. This property is perfect for large groups. This property was created so each room has the comforts of a private hotel suite from flat screen TVs to private patios and outdoor seating areas and air-conditioning with daily housekeeping included with your stay. Our focus with this property is that everyone is comfortable with Luxury accommodations and has their own personal retreat when they need their alone time. The home is located a short 2-minute walk to Potrero beach accessed by an easy path from the villa. The Villa comes with a 6-person golf cart for running around. You are walking distance to 10 Restaurants and bars including the famous Hemingway beach bar and restaurant. Playa Flamingo is a short 4-minute golf cart ride from the Villa where you can find multiple Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Casino and night life. The Villa comes with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, BBQ and all the normal amenities you would expect at a 5-star resort. The Villa is staffed and comes with daily housekeeping and Breakfast included with your stay. Additional Chef options available and mentioned below. We do have an additional 8-bedroom Villa in the beach town of Tamarindo just 15 miles south.

ADDITIONAL BEDDING: You have access to an additional 4 Guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed. These will be made up at guest request and can be placed in multiple rooms upon arrival. Some guests have requested to have 2 twin beds setup in massage room in place of massage table.

MASSAGE/SPA ROOM: We can arrange private massages at the villa in its private spa room. Some guests have requested to have 2 twin beds setup in massage room.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining tables will seat 24 people. Outdoor patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating.

LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group comfortable couches and chairs with lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 75" Smart TV and entertainment system. Perfect for watching movies or the game. We have Direct TV with a premier package for plenty of options.

POOL: Pool with outdoor shower and pool changing room and bathroom.

BBQ: Large BBQ located next to kitchen.

GOLF CART: 6 Person Golf Cart is included with rental (additional damage deposit is required at check in of $500 held on a credit card released on departure)

HOUSEKEEPING: Daily housekeeping is included with your stay at no additional costs.

BREAKFAST INCLUDED: We have our staff prepare a variety of breakfast items every morning along with fresh fruit and coffee.


PRIVATE CHEF/COOK:
Breakfast is included with your stay. Grocery stocking is available for the cost of food, plus a 20% service fee. Upon request, we can arrange for an Executive Chef to prepare a special meal for you, with average dinner prices ranging from $59 per person, per day (including food).We can also arrange wine pairing from our local sommelier, offering a large selection of high-end wines from around the globe.

PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use.

BICYCLES: There are 4 beach cruiser bicycles available for use during your stay.

BEACH CHAIRS: There are 10 Beach Chairs and Umbrellas along with a few coolers for your days at the beach.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: Liberia international airport is a short 45-minute drive. We can arrange a shuttle for your group for $25 per person each way.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION: This can be arranged with our concierge during your stay.

EXCURSIONS: We can arrange boat tours, fishing, Jungle excursions and may more. Ask about all the different trips we can arrange.

PRIVATE EVENTS: We allow private events and have the ability to help you make all arrangements.

DRINKING WATER: The water at the Villa is safe for drinking.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

NIGHTLY PRICING: Nightly rate is based off of 16-person occupancy. There is an additional $30 per person per night over 16 people.
