The beach is only a 2-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. The town is vehicle-free and makes a safe place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible!

Las Catalinas is a car-free community. If you are arriving by car there is a Valet Parking service available for a fee ($24 as of Jan 2024). We highly recommend you coordinate and pay in advance with our concierge team to avoid the line at Las Catalinas or any other inconveniences upon your arrival. This service is offered from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-pawns friend, there are four basic rules:

- An extra refundable deposit of $300 is needed in case of any damage.

- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $50 is required.

- Your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process (dogs should be at least 1 year old and fully potty trained, we require a photo).

-No puppies allowed.
