WE have a nonsmoking policy in and outside the home. Any signs or evidence of smoking will result in a hefty cleaning fee resulting in a negative review.

***DOG POLICIES***
We do welcome dogs for a one time pet fee of 35.00. You will need to let us know if coming with your furry friend. Pets are not permitted to be left alone in the house. Dogs must be kept off the beds and furniture and your pet MUST be potty trained. We will collect the full damage fee if there is damage due to unsupervised pets. You will need to BRING a crate if you plan on leaving your dog unattended. There is a fenced in backyard your pet could utilize but you will be responsible for picking up after your dog. If we have to pick it up there will be a added charge. Please be mindful of this.
