We`re Beth and Scott, your hosts! We are a 24 and 29 year old, loving couple originally from Pennsylvania! We moved to Texas on a whim and are excited to welcome you to our first time home!

This quiet Cul-de-sac gem is a mile from I-35 (1 hr to Austin & 35 min. to Magnolia). Great, safe area close to attractions in Belton and Temple (~ 10 minutes to Belton Lake & 15 to expo center).

The building is fully brick and is a duplex with Airbnb guests renting the other side of the unit as well.

Please treat it like it is your house, or your grandma’s house, and take care of it for us. We keep it clean and even add special touches to make your stay amazing so please respect the following...

PET GUEST FEE

We know you love your pet and would love to host them too. However, this does require some extra cleaning and we collect a minimum non-refundable $30 pet fee (per pet | inquire about multiple pets). This can be collected anytime before, during or after your stay.

UTILITIES & GENERAL GUIDELINES

If you turn it on, turn it off.
If you unlock it, lock it.
If you move it, put it back
Take care of our place and if you need anything, let us know ASAP

Be mindful of the A/C, Heat, Lights etc. This allows us to keep rates low and not charge additional utility fees. .. and we love this beautiful earth so please help us reduce our footprint <3

KITCHEN

We do ask that you clean and take care of all dishes & appliances. Dishwasher pods are under the sink and please put the plastic items on the top shelf only.

FRIENDS & FAMILY
Prior to having anyone come to the Airbnb (aside from reserved guests on your booking), please send us a quick message for approval. There is a 10 PM curfew for all `non` guests. - We simply ask that you communicate house rules such as parking to them.

EARLY CHECKIN / LATE CHECKOUT
Upon request & approval only, you may checkin early or checkout late if the calendar allows for it. Please send us a message. Additional fees may apply if it impacts the ability of the unit being rented for another guest.
