📌 Important Info Before You Book



❗ Age Requirement: Minimum age of 21 to book, with a valid driver’s license required at check-in. Guests not meeting this requirement will be evicted with no refund.



🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. A $200 penalty applies if smoking is detected.



🐾 Pet-Friendly: A $100 fee applies per pet, with approval required prior to arrival. Unapproved pets will incur additional fees up to $1,000 for cleaning/damage repair.



🧴 What’s Provided: Linens, towels, dishes, and a starter basket (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, sponge). Guests need to supply additional items such as shampoo and toiletries.



🌡 Central A/C: Stay cool during warmer months.



🔥 Main Floor Fireplace: Non-functional.



🚗 Parking: Park at the top driveway; extra parking is available at the lower driveway.
