Luxury Cottage with Heated Pool

Luxury newly renovated 2 bedroom Coach House set in the grounds of a Georgian Manor House with its own private gardens and duck pond over looking the National Trust Tithe Barn.

The Coach House is within walking distance of the quaint village of Bredon which boasts 2 pubs, a village shop and playground. Bredon is ideally located for Malvern, Cheltenham and the Racecourse, Worcester and the rest of the Cotswolds.

The Owners live in the Manor House so are at hand for any questions.

Decorated in a classic and restful style, this home away from home features carefully sourced artworks and antiques.

The Master Bedroom is situated on the first floor along with the main bathroom which has a large shower and a large free-standing bath and luxury toiletries from Bramley Products are supplied for you to enjoy during your stay. At the top of the spiral staircase there is a charming reading nook with a large comfy armchair and plenty of natural light. The downstairs bedroom can be arranged as a twin or superking with ziplink mattresses.

The cosy sitting room is perfect for relaxing in after a long day out or for lazy weekends. The kitchen is well stocked with seating for 4 people and there is the added bonus of a large utility room with washer/dryer and butler's sink for cleaning up after muddy walks. There is an additional shower room on the ground floor.

Two well behaved dogs are welcome to join you, we will even provide a dog bed and luxury toiletries for your four legged friend as well!

The mature garden is an ideal sun trap and there are 4 sun loungers provided as well as a BBQ and outdoor seating. You will be able to enjoy use of the large swimming pool (May to September), shared with the owners who rarely use it during the week, and luxury pool towels are provided for your stay.
There is a large duck pond in the garden and swimming pool neither of which are fenced. Any children must be supervised at all times.

Any infants who are not toilet trained must use the "double nappy" system (being a paper swim nappy (disposable or reusable) with a neoprene nappy over the top when using the pool). The sun loungers by the pool are not for guest use, instead there are sun loungers in the private Coach House garden which is immediately adjacent to the pool.

Two well behaved dogs are allowed provided they are kept off the furniture. If there are marks on the furniture (including the bed sheets) there will be a fine of £100.

Unfortunately due to previous issues cats are not permitted.

We often have guests checking in on the same day as check out and so our housekeeper needs ample time to do changeover. If you check out after 10am there will be a late check out charge of £150.
