Around the corner you can find restaurants and if you walk more towards the market square lots and lots of bars and cafe's

Central station delft is 7 minutes walking distance.
Public transportation, stops right in front of door.
Super market and market square are less then 5 minute walk.

Both Unesco and TU Delft campus are 7 minutes by walk.

Note that these are classical typical old dutch houses we use wooden floors which might not be as soundproof or airtight as modern concrete houses. So some noise might be hearable deep in the night.

-The Hague 15 minutes, -Utrecht 45 minutes -Amsterdam 50 minutes. -Schiphol Airport can be reached within 40 minutes -Rotterdam-The Hague Airport in 15 minutes.
-The TU Delft and the business parks of Delft and Rijswijk are within walking & cycling distance.

The cities of Rotterdam and The Hague can be reached within 15 minutes by train from Delft station.

Tram line 1 goes via Rijswijk, The Hague Center to Scheveningen beach and tram line 19 goes via Ypenburg, Leidschenveen to Leidschendam / Leidschenhage.

Delft is the central hub for those who wish to sightsee multiple cities.
